1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using YourAnalystAI (“the site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. These terms apply to all visitors, whether you are a human user or an automated system.

2. Use of the website

The site provides free diagnostic tools for website analysis, SEO, performance and network information. You may use the tools for personal and professional purposes. The tools are free and require no account.

You are responsible for the inputs you provide (for example the URLs or domains you submit). Using the tools does not give you any automated right to probe, scan or attack any website beyond normal web requests such as those a visitor makes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent the site or the third-party services it relies on.
• Scrape or harvest the site in ways that place an unreasonable load on its hosting.
• Use results from the site to harass, stalk or target individuals or organizations.
• Misrepresent the site or its results as your own.

4. Tool limitations

The tools measure what a browser or a public API can genuinely measure at a moment in time. They cannot see behind logins, cannot read live TLS certificates of other sites, and cannot measure Core Web Vitals of other people’s websites. Where a measurement is not possible, the tool explicitly says so instead of inventing a value.

Because results depend on network conditions, server load, API availability and third-party databases, the same check can produce different results at different times or from different locations.

5. Accuracy limitations

Results are provided “as is” for informational purposes. IP geolocation is an estimate, DNS data reflects one public resolver at one moment, and website checks depend on the third-party services used. 6. No guarantee of SEO rankings

The SEO-related tools report on-page facts. They do not predict, influence or guarantee search engine rankings. Rankings depend on many factors the tools do not measure, including content quality, authority and competition. We make no promise that using the tools will improve your position in search results.

7. Third-party services

The tools call clearly identified third-party services (for example ipify, ipwho.is, Google Public DNS, microLink, hackertarget, crt.sh and Cloudflare’s speed-test network). Those services are independent of us and have their own terms and privacy policies. When you use a tool, the relevant third party receives the input you entered. We do not control their availability, behavior or data handling.

8. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, code and branding belong to YourAnalystAI. You may use the tools freely, but you may not copy substantial portions of the site’s content or design for your own sites. Third-party names and services mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party APIs may be temporarily down, rate-limited or blocked by your network. We may update, change or retire tools at any time.

10. Changes to the service

We may modify these terms from time to time. When the terms change significantly, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourAnalystAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the tools, or reliance on their results. The site does not provide legal, medical or financial advice.
